Stone Age Part 2||Palaeolithic Age

         Hello students in last class I tought you "What is Stone Age"? and " How many types of Stone Age"?                 now today I will discuss with you:- 

1)What is palaeolithic Period? 

2)How many types of Palaeolithic Period? 

          Now, let's come our first topic that is "What is Palaeolithic Period"? 

1)what is Palaeolithic Period? 

             The word " Palaeo"  means "Old" and "Lithic" means "Stone".That's why Palaeolithic means " Old Stone Age".This period started in "500000 B. C. to 10000 B. C". In this time " Human evolution" took place.As the haman just evolved hence "Small population".Man made shelters were not evolved hence " people used to lives in the caves".They did not know about "Agriculture".As no agriculture hence food was gathered by " Hunting ".They used basic tools for hunting. In this time period there is " no religion " found.But thay have knowledge about "Fire".

            Now, historians are found the evidences of Prehistoric period.The important site of prehistoric period are:-

1) Hathora, Narmada Valley

2) pallavaram, Chennai

3) Bhimbatka

4) Adamgarh

          Now, let's come our 2nd topic that is:-

2) Types of Palaeolithic Period

           The Palaeolithic Period is divided into " 3 Parts".

1)Ealy or Lower Palaeolithic Period

2)Middle Palaeolithic Period

             and

3)Early Palaeolithic Period

            Now, last class I will discuss with you about "Types of Palaeolithic Period".
